Membership Discount Rules
General Rules
- Manual Purchases Only: The 50% discount applies strictly to new purchases, upgrades, or manual renewals made during the event period. Auto-renewals do not qualify and will be processed at the regular price.
- Platform Restrictions: Membership tiers do not transfer across different platforms. If you subscribed via iOS, you must manage your upgrades or downgrades on an iOS device. You cannot switch tiers on Android or PC even if using the same PixAI account.
Upgrade Guide by Platform
Web Version
- Monthly → Annual: Switch to annual and pay the full discounted price immediately. All credits are granted upfront, and your new cycle begins right away.
- Annual Tier Upgrade: Move to a higher tier and only pay the price difference. Your membership period resets immediately.
- Annual Plan Renewal: Manually renewing the same plan adds time to your current cycle without resetting it.
App (iOS / Android)
To claim the discount, you must upgrade within the PixAI app. Direct purchases through the App Store/Google Play store pages (outside the app interface) will not trigger the discount.
- iOS: Apple typically uses proportional billing (proration). They will refund the unused portion of your current plan and charge the new amount immediately.
- Android: Google Play will automatically adjust your billing by either crediting unused time toward the new price or calculating the difference.
