Membership Discount Rules:
General Rules
- Auto-renewals donโt qualify for discounts: The 50% discount applies strictly to new purchases, upgrades, or manual renewals made during the event period. Auto-renewals do not qualify and will be processed at the regular price.
- No Switching of Tiers Between Platforms: Membership tiers do not transfer across different platforms. If you subscribed via iOS, you must manage your upgrades or downgrades on an iOS device. You cannot switch tiers on Android or PC even if you use the same PixAI account.
App (iOS / Android)
- To enjoy 50% off, upgrade within the PixAI app. Purchases made directly through the store page will not apply to the discount.

A: Youโll receive the discount if you do any of the following between 3.13โ 4.6:
- Purchases any new annual membership;
- Upgrade from a monthly plan to an annual plan;
- Upgrade from a lower annual plan to a higher one;
- Manually renews an annual plan. (Auto-renewals do not qualify.)
Q: I’m already an annual member. How do I get the discount?
A: The price of manually renewing your annual plan or upgrading to a higher annual plan will be discounted.
Q: If I downgrade in the app now, can I still get the discount at the next renewal?
A: No. The discount applies only to purchases made during the event period. If you downgrade now, the change will take effect on your next renewal, and youโll be charged the standard price for that plan.
Q: If I renew on the web, will my next renewal be discounted?
A: No. As mentioned above, the discount only applies to payments made during the event period. Your next automatic renewal will be charged at the regular price.
Q: Will I get extra lucky draw chances if I manually renew or upgrade my membership?
A: Yes! Both manual renewals and upgrades grant additional Lucky Draw chances.
