Yuri do be having a bad dream...
He dreamed that he was wearing Loid's clothes and that he was apparently on a family "ooting" with Yor and Anya. But then he encountered himself. And when he looked in a mirror, he wasn't just himself in Loid's clothes anymore. He was Loid. That's where he woke up and yelled, "AHH!!! NOO!!! I'M NOT LOIDEY!!!" He probably had a bad dream in the first place because of the "wonderful" cupcakes that Yor had made and sent him.
