Failure? - Patient zero - Mary Swan

This is the same LoRa used with the same model. This one remarkably looks closer to how she should look. Go look at the the "Mary Swan" images that I have posted here on the site. Look at the face and body type. While not perfect, this first image was the closest one. So what changed? I did add some tags, but those tags should NOT have turned her into a looney toon. But could they have? If so, then was it a case where to many similar prompts interffered with each other and had some odd effect? Should I try again, but not use all those "thin legs" etc tags? Yes/No ?
