When submitting, please tell me the name of your character. [How to Submit Your Illustration] Let me know when your illustration is ready. Please either clearly include something like “@＊Alka＊” or “@アクさん” in the public title, or place the artwork in a dedicated folder for submissions only. Once I’ve seen your illustration, I will let you know. [Submission Deadline] From May 1st (Thu) to May 7th (Wed), Japan Time [Illustration Size] All illustrations must be in a 2:3 vertical rectangle format (e.g., 512×768 or 768×1152) [Types of Illustrations (4 types)] ⚠️ Since the artworks are intended to be cropped, watercolor or other styles with unclear linework are not allowed this time. 〈Early Summer Fashion Illustrations① & ②〉 ① White background. The face must be clearly visible and not distorted. Draw either the upper body (above the waist) or a seated full-body figure. Pose is free, but the character must be facing forward. Facial expression is also free. ② Background with an early summer or summer theme. Full-body illustration. Pose is free. Make sure the face is clearly visible. Since standing poses may result in small or distorted faces, seated poses are recommended if you’re not confident. It may help to imagine it as a magazine cover. 〈Everyday Outfit Illustrations③ & ④〉 ③ White background. Chibi-style character. Choose a pose that brings out your OC’s personality. For example: a character who loves to eat can be shown eating; one who loves to sleep can be lying down; one who loves fighting can be in a combat pose. However, please do not include any characters other than your OC. To ensure clean cropping, avoid including objects too far from the character. For example, if eating, the food should be in hand; if sleeping, have the character lying down in the white background without a bed; if fighting, make sure the weapon is in hand. ④ Background is free. Full-body illustration. Pose is free. Make sure the face is clearly visible. The character must be wearing their usual outfit. [Notes on Outfits] For the early summer fashion, keep your OC’s unique characteristics while adding your own creative twist to design a stylish outfit.
