Yes, Jill has an evil brother. But it wasn't always that way. As kids, they were best friends, running in the dirt and mud outdoors and playing videogames indoors. And then... his powers activated. Jessie is also a slime, but his elements are nitro and alcohol (a fiery combination indeed). But being made of alcohol made it easy for him to get exposed to his powers, making him a severe alcoholic. This led to him blowing up his parents' house (while the family was inside) and being thrown in prison for the accident. It was a dark moment for Jill. She hoped that Jessie would stay in prison forever. But of course, no prison keeps a supervillain this dangerous contained for long. Jessie lacks the same size alternation powers that Jill has, but he doesn't need them to inflict damage. Since his body is already made of explosive and flammable liquids, he is extremely destructive (and immune to any explosions and fire so he can't hurt himself accidentally). He also can use his nitro to increase his running speed, zooming by like a racecar.
