Charlene Victoria Boleyn The most decorated warship in the history of the Royal Navy, this is the reborn HMS Warspite (sixth of name) known in civilian life as Charlene Boleyn; the family name was chosen from the second of King Henry VIII's wives and the mother of the first Queen Elizabeth, Anne Boleyn. Reborn on Hallowe'en morning at Prussia Cove, where her hull had run aground en route to being scrapped post-World War Two, the lady whose crew earned FIFTEEN BATTLE HONOURS (equivalent to fifteen battle stars in the USN) for her actions during both World Wars spanning from Jutland in 1916 to Walcheren (part of the Battle of Scheldt) in 1944. Since she is the first Royal Navy ship to return as a shipgirl, she was made the effective commodore (commanding flag officer) of Her Majesty's Shipgirls, an active element of the Royal Specialized Warfare Fencibles, the United Kingdom's metahuman unit. A true British blue blood in heart, she has the standard FISS-powers and energy projection abilities gifted to all like her, with the extra power of possessing even greater endurance and invulnerability. Given she survived everything from a damaged rudder at Jutland to a Fritz X bomb off Italy, that says alot about the "grand old lady" indeed. As a metahuman in Her Majesty's service, Charlene is fully aware of Britain's magical community; among her various crews over the years, there served squibs (she prefers the proper Canadian term "nimmib" instead; such being the phonemicization of the acronym NMMB [non-magical magic-born]) whose memories of the hidden enclaves like Diagon Alley in London and Hogsmeade and Hogwarts in Scotland were preserved and merged with the memories of normal crew to make her core kami a living person. Because of this, she and her subordinates are more than ready to pitch in against the reborn Lord Voldemort and his Death Eaters, who are moving to relaunch the second phase of the British magical civil war which had been ended by the actions of the mother of the transformed "Boy Who Lived" Rose Potter (the Warlock).
