Natsumi Hinata (Keroro's Mother version) V3

This LoRa is specifically based on Natsumi Hinata from episode 276b of the Keroro anime, where Keroro's Mother is in Natsumi's body, wearing a couple of new outfits and accessories. So, although you can attempt to use this as a general Natsumi LoRa, it hasn't been trained for her actual outfits or expressions. Improved version with better tagging and sample selection. However, like mentioned, this is specifically based on episode 276 where in addition to the body switch her twintails could look really small at times and this model now follows that drawing style. I'm keeping the old one up due to this.
