Cowboy Boots Girl (voiced by Olivia Hack) is a fictional character in the TV series Hey Arnold!.
She's a 6th grader who was rude to Patricia "Big Patty" Smith after Patty accidentally tripped over her cowboy boots in the hall. Rhonda Wellington Lloyd stood up to Patty, showing her progression from the start of the episode when Rhonda was behaving just like the cowboy boots girl.
She makes other background cameos in seasons four and five.
