Blaze Fielding, from the classic MD action game Streets of Rage. A pixel character, and because the quality of the materials on hand isn’t high (they’ve all been HD-processed and used as AI training materials, so it’s best not to do this kind of thing), the face looks quite blurry, just for fun :)
