Hey, it's Huggy Wuggy from Poppy Playtime.
I did my own take on a Huggy Wuggy LoRA, trying to nail down a more accurate, but still flexible look.
It works well with cartoon and semi-realistic models.
You may need to inpaint out a nose or ears sometimes.
