Not sure if this actually being able to be prompted by any checkpoint without the need of this LoRA but I hope this can help to achieve an easier approach for this concept

Known problem/more info :
With most of the 1.5 anime SD checkpoint, fingers/hands gotta be problem, and all I can suggest is to use negative embedding, good hand lora/lyco and pray to AI god
1hand and 2hands supposed to be the control for the character to have them hold the gift with 1 hand or both hands, but... it's not perfect (or just my skill issue), so try to add emphasize for the AI to generate how they hold the gift as you want, ex : (1hand:1.2)
