This unnamed character is an NPC you can encounter in a town. She begs you to help dispose of a body claiming it was in self defense. upon doing so she rewards you with money. Being a sandbox game you have the choice to kill her or turn her into the sheriff where she's hung. Choosing not to help her will get her hung as well.
