A lora for visible ribs!
Recommended weight: 0.5-0.9 (I use 0.8)
LoRA will naturally bias towards slender characters, but can be used to create heavier characters with visible ribs through use of additional prompts such as 'chubby', 'curvy', etc.
Trained with realism in mind but also works with Pony
