This Lora works well but you may need to play around with the weights for both this Lora and any other you use. Usually lowering the weight of your character Lora to 0.8 works.
Depending on the weights the Hobble dress can gain a different look based on the clothes of your character which can be fun so be sure to play around with the weights.

Main prompts: hobble dress, bound arms, bound legs, slender, slim legs, narrow hips, mouth mask, (adapted costume:1.5),
Negative prompts: (wide hips:5), (wide hips:5), (wide hips:5),
You can leave "mouth mask" out if you want to see their face or gag them though depending on your character Lora it may force a face covering.
You can change the color as well.
It can sometimes make the characters thighs extra thicc but if you use my prompts along with the negative prompts that shouldn't be a big issue.
