Dims Luminar v-pred merge / iL

This is a v-prediction model, please make sure you're using a compatible UI.A simple merge of my favorite illustrious 0.1-based and 1.0-based v-pred models. Wanted something more flat and anime-like while still including vpred lighting and better hands. Works well with anime coloring and anime screenshot.
