If you only want the soft color palette i recomment .7 strenght or under, but if you want the semi-realistic style and you mix it with other Loras i recommend using above 1 strength or to lower the other loras strenght. You can also use another semi-realistic lora to support it.
if you want the brush strokes texture i heavily recommended swap the "Euler a" sampling method to "Euler" or any DPM++ SDE Karras
