Natalie is Dr. Lepetomaine's receptionist who only appeared in the Rugrats episode "Momma Trauma." She was voiced by Michele Mariana who also voiced Mrs. Chesapeake in the same episode. She is depicted as an attractive blonde with green eyeshadow and a New York accent. She is only credited as "Secretary."
