It is rare but deities can append messages via to the approval forms for their candidates. That is the reason Asneth even knows a being called the Eyeless Face exists and is imprisoned. It wishes for freedom though it cannot or rather must not be released by external forces. Aqadar the Sorcerer (Official character) was said to be performing a ritual the day she seemingly randomly exalted in Fajad. But the Eyeless Face is not truly a god. It is a Behemoth which means she should not be an Exigent of the Eyeless Face, a detail that proves to be a point of confusion. There are Illicit Exigences and it is possible an Exigence can be stolen. The exact mechanisms and conspiracy behind her Exigence’s origin has not yet been discovered but it’s been proposed the Eyeless Face knew a god that might have been affiliated with it or she is maybe a patchwork chosen that happens to resonate with sorcery. To find the answer would likely require actually invoking the Eyeless Face for answers. The Circle decided it was easier to just say she was a chosen of the Eyeless Face than to categorize her as a mystery indefinitely. She is a member of the Abhari Creed so much to the confusion of most people outside of Fajad, she claims there is only one true God. She is specifically a firm believer of the un’Atzali heresy which rejects the prophets to worship God alone. Many conversations with the Circle eventually become discussions of semantics the moment the topic of gods is mentioned. She was ashamed of her Exaltation being so inclined to sorcery at first with her special power as an exigent being superior access to Sorcery. It troubles her that sorcery that involve interacting with celestial bodies require invoking the Incarnae but she has since then started using the Incarnae for her incantations as she reasoned that incarnations are different from prayers. She’s somewhat effected as if using Invoking the Eyeless Face when her anima flares, her face pales while her body darkens. Her essence fever is at the back of her mind, she hears whispered hatreds and seductive assurances of her own superiority.
