TAGS You don't need any really other than quality ones if you want, such as these

masterpiece, best quality, amazing quality, very aesthetic, absurdres, newest

However, if you want to amplify the realism please use this one: realistic

My advised settings: Sampling method: Euler a Sampling steps: 30 Width: 832 Height: 1216 CFG Scale: 5

And as usual I always recommend Hi-Res Fix, and Adetailer for the faces.
