Cindy (voiced by Ginger Gonzaga) is a woman who Brian Griffin picks up in a bar in the Family Guy episode "Yug Ymilaf," telling her that he has a time machine (which belongs to Stewie). Brian has sex with her at Ford's Theater when Abraham Lincoln was killed.
She also appears among Brian's other exes in "Valentine's Day in Quahog."
