Concept - Elite Bandit Faction Leader

[Author's note: This character will put the total bandit faction leaders to seven, which I think is enough for this setting. I can create lesser bandit leaders, but I think the elite faction leadership is covered] The birth of the Free African Union was a difficult one, fraught with sabotage and violence. All of these now-autonomous states were once imperial subjects to Europa. All of this was undone by very cunning and patient men, each holding out for the slim opportunity to gain their freedom. A particularly devastating agricultural crisis and domestic political unrest caused Europan forces to reduce their holding in imperial Africa, and many independence movements saw this as their opportunity to expel the remaining Europan forces. After many months of intense urban and countryside fighting, these new states earned their freedom and continue to defend it to this day. The man you see before you is Francois Tolenga, former Deputy Finance Minister to the Free African Union. Tolenga was an early independence activist before the war and freedom fighter during the war. He is a man of mild emotions and is often reserved in his demeaner...unless the conversation drifts towards the Francists. Some hatreds are slow to heal and Tolenga knows this. Despite his lingering resentments, Francois served admirably within the Free African Union. His early trade deals with the Sinoan government helped to establish the necessary trade agreements and markets that the fledgling Union needed to survive its infancy. Through economic growth, the strength and resolve of the Free African Union flourished, but even this period of hope was subject to violence and terror. Around four years ago, there was a quiet campaign of terror pointed at the remaining surviving members of the Free African Independence movement. Former revolutionaries were being assassinated and their deaths were no coincidence. Rumors within the Free African Union's Parliamentary Hall is that the Europans were conducting this covert terror campaign out of spite for their imperial losses and to punish the Free African states for their success. The thought being if Europa cannot attack the newly formed Free Aftican Union, they will target their national heroes. Intelligence reports, shared from the Sinoan government, point in this direction, but offer no solid confirmation. Worse, there were three pages in the intelligence reports that allude to the Federal Union being involved, as a potential intelligence-sharing partner. The remaining revolutionaries came together and agreed on an outward appearance of exile, while still working with the Free African government in secret. Francois Tolenga is in false exile in Outlaw Country. When he first arrived, Outlaw Country was also in the infancy of its own independence. At that time, the only other bandit factions were Lekshana's, Hassan's, and Adira's factions. Francois asked for an audience with these new leaders and proposed an alliance. Francois would offer his help in establishing early bureaucracy and trade alliances with the outside world, and these faction leaders would provide protection and accommodations for him while in false exile. As with his efforts back home, Francois used his knowledge and expertise to help create the foundation of strength that Outlaw Country enjoys today. Now a faction leader himself, he operates differently than the other faction leaders. Francois holds no territory (a faction leader without a faction) but he does enjoy free and protected travel between the various factions within Outlaw Country. He maintains the ruse that he is a faction leader through the combined efforts of his fellow faction leaders. The ruse they created is strong enough to fool intelligence offices of both allies and foes. On paper, Francois Tolenga is a bandit faction leader that is feared and respected by all. In reality, Francois is a senior traveling bureaucrat who operates with the best interest of the remaining faction leaders in mind. With these new duties, Francois is handsomely rewarded. With his home still strong in his heart, Francois sends much of his wealth back to the Free African Union, in hopes he can still continue to aid his homeland, even thousands of kilometers away.

Change the image layout from portrait to landscape. In this new space, add a Russian Pantsir-S1 vehicle directly behind the man, with its weaponry pointed towards the sky but not firing. It is important that the current art style is kept.

character: eren_yeager, mikasa_ackerman character: eren_yeager, mikasa_ackerman Mikasa Ackerman and Eren Yeager are captured in the middle of a desperate ODM maneuver above a ruined city street, with Mikasa much closer to the camera and Eren cutting across the background at a different angle. Mikasa twists her entire body sideways as she launches past the viewer, one arm extended forward with a blade in hand while the other reaches back toward Eren. Her black hair whips violently across the frame and her red scarf streams far behind her in a long sweeping curve. Eren is several meters behind her, angled sharply in the opposite direction as his ODM cables stretch from his gear toward a damaged rooftop, his green jacket and hair blown backward by the speed of the maneuver. The perspective is extremely dynamic: Mikasa's outstretched hand and blade are large in the foreground while her body rapidly narrows toward the center of the image. Eren appears smaller but perfectly clear behind her, creating a strong diagonal connection between them. Their ODM cables slice through the composition as thin steel lines, crossing the image at different angles and disappearing beyond the frame. One cable passes extremely close to the camera, creating a dramatic foreground line. The ruined city beneath them is not shown as a wide landscape. Broken rooftops, shattered windows, hanging masonry, and fragments of brick rush diagonally through the lower portion of the composition, giving the impression of immense speed. Several pieces of debris are suspended around Mikasa and Eren, each frozen at a different distance from the camera. Dust catches the sunlight in thin atmospheric streaks. Mikasa's Survey Corps uniform is sharply detailed and windswept, with the cropped brown jacket open over the fitted uniform, harness straps pulled taut across her body, white trousers, tall boots, and the Wings of Freedom insignia clearly visible. Eren wears his recognizable Survey Corps uniform and green jacket, with his harness, ODM equipment, and boots rendered with precise mechanical detail. A subtle graphic-design layer is integrated into the composition without overpowering the action: Wings of Freedom emblem are overlaid across the sky, Thin white directional lines follow the trajectories of Mikasa and Eren, while small restrained military-style markings and typography sit along the edges of the frame. The graphic elements reinforce the movement rather than becoming random decoration. The entire image is frozen at one extraordinary instant: Mikasa's scarf curves through the air, Eren's jacket flares behind him, cables are pulled completely taut, debris hangs in the air, dust streams diagonally through the sunlight, and both characters are caught at different points of the same sweeping maneuver. Nothing feels static. Painterly digital anime illustration, expressive textured brushwork, cinematic motion frozen in a single frame, extreme wide-angle perspective, dramatic foreshortening, strong diagonals, layered depth, detailed characters, flowing hair and fabric, taut cables, airborne debris, warm sunlight cutting through cool gray ruins, muted military colors with Mikasa's red scarf as the strongest accent, sophisticated composition, subtle graphic design, powerful silhouettes, intense expressions, visceral sense of speed, beautiful atmospheric lighting, energetic, cinematic
