Earthbound Red Hood Nonsense Dress - PONYXL

V1.0 - Saw this dress from the game Nikke that Red Hood Wore, and fell absolutely in love with it. I know that there is one other lora on site like this, but wanted to make my own that would be able to change color as well and could just be the dress itself instead of the character with the dress. As time passes will update this dress with more training when time allows.
