No trigger word required, just control the LoRA's weight and adjust as needed. With some models you can use unusually high weights, including up to 3.0, without completely destroying the image. You can still amplify the effect using tags related to body proportions that already recognized by the base model and common booru tags, such as: wide hips, thick thighs, narrow waist, huge ass, etc.
