Sexy Female Scout Uniform (NOT Girlscout Based)

A sexy scout uniform for women, based more on the old boy scouts color scheme and design than anything girl scout related. The handkerchief seems to move about over or under the collar at will, and sometimes the miniskirt is replaced with micro-shorts, but overall it gets the vibe across, at least as well as the porn costume its based on. Activator is Sexy_5cou7, strength of 1 seems good.
