Benten is modeled after Benzaiten, a Buddhist deity among the Japanese Seven Lucky Gods. By depicting her in a chainmail bikini, riding a flying motorcycle, and carrying a high-tech bazooka, Takahashi aimed to make her resemble the stereotypical member of an outlaw motorcycle club. By giving her a tomboyish and violent temperament, Takahashi contrasted the character with Benzaiten, who is typically characterized as a clever, graceful, and artistic figure.The model has been trained with her airbike, but there are some difficulties with making it appear more like the anime, or other than a pretty cool flying motorcycle. I'll return later and try creating a model entirely on the airbike and let it bake just on its own. Yes, the airbike is still there, but this weekend I will have a model for it.
