The interview room fell silent except for the faint hum of the computer. The officer looked down at the report before raising his eyes to Seiri. "Name. Seiri Fukiyose?" Seiri shifted uneasily in the chair, the handcuffs giving a quiet... *Clink...* "Y-Yes... tha... that's my name." The officer typed a few words. *Tap... tap... tap...* "Age?" Seiri hesitated. "I... is... is this all really necessary?" The officer's voice remained calm but firm. "Answer the question." She swallowed. "...I'm twenty." More typing followed. *Tap... tap... tap...* "Occupation?" "I... I'm a student." The officer nodded slightly before reading the next line from the report. "Did you threaten a student moments before your arrest?" Seiri's eyes widened. "Wha—no! I was running laps and exercising." The officer didn't look away. "You were running laps and exercising alone?" "Y-Yeah... yes!" Seiri answered quickly. "Can't you see what I'm still wearing?" She glanced down at her damp gym uniform before shifting again, trying to ease the pressure of the restraints. *Clink...* "Urgh..." Her breathing quickened. "Haa..." She flexed her wrists instinctively before stopping herself, frustration creeping into her voice. "I already told everyone... I was just exercising." The room grew quiet once more. The officer finished writing several notes before closing the file. "Alright." He pushed his chair back. *Scrape...* Then he slowly stood to his feet.
