Turns out that Illustrious has a ton on Palmon data, it just need a little shot in the arm for it to work. Palmon is pretty popular but not exactly my thing to be honest, however, she turns into Lillymon (Digimon evolution lines are more complex than pokemon's, all digimon have multiple evolution paths) so there is that.
