Shantih, Avasar of the Peace

"I´m Shantih, the old duchess of the Avasar, lady Opherette, i´m resentful on the way you get the title, but i wasn´t on position to liberate and lead my people, but looking to you, you seem like the correct ruler of this place, so... thank you for save my folk" (Art for a custom card on Duelingbook)
