Taikonaut

Or Hángtiānyuán? I feel like Taikonaut flows better, though, and Rocky (this AU of Ochako has lived in the US, and received an Americanized nickname, as have Izuku (Izzy) and Bakugo (Kat)). I don’t know whether she should ultimately be a hero or a villain (who doubles as a sort of morality anchor for her group) but she’s initially coerced into being part of a gang (with her parents as leverage) until that group escalates into full on terrorism and she can’t let any of that happen, at which point it depends on whether or not heroes are willing to tear through the red tape to take action on the words of anonymous source, or if she has to work with other villains to save everyone- in such a case, she’d probably feel indebted to them, but also act as something of a morality chain, or voice of reason.
