Speedy Skeleton

This is The Speedy Skeleton, the leader of a supervillain team that Jill calls "The Overspecialized Specialists". Skeleton was an athlete who discovered that anyone is capable of running at infinite speeds if they have the willpower to ignore the pesky restraints caused by fatigue, pain, and dehydration (Oh boohoo! Git gud wimps!). But instead of using his infinite speed for sports competition or being a superhero, he discovered that it was easier to just use his speed to steal money. It has to be mentioned that Speedy Skeleton very specifically only has the ability to run fast (and minor other abilities related to it, like being able to react and see at these speeds). Skeleton cannot do accelerated infinite mass punches, he doesn't have an absurd healing factor, and he doesn't have a body capable of resisting blunt force because incoming attacks would be slowed down or something like that. Skeleton relies on his teammates to compensate for his weaknesses related to durability, offensive power, and skill (which they also possess to an infinite magnitude). Now why is he called 'Skeleton'? Well... running this fast causes air friction to constantly burn his skin, making him appear emaciated. Again, his willpower keeps his love of running alive without being affected by the pain of his skin, joints, and bones being nearly destroyed by the recoil and tear of superhuman running.
