https://civitai.com/models/100078/nijimale-lycoris Author comments: This model allows you to generate the perfect muscular man with simple prompts, the prompts I suggest are these:
muscular male, mature male, bara stocky, thick arms, thick thighs,
NiJiMale_Version1 (hereinafter referred to as V1):
This model is LoHa, you must have the Lycoris extension installed to load it.
Precautions and instructions for use of the first version (V1):
It seems to work in almost all types of Checkpoints, such as real people, anime, etc.; it is recommended to try maturemaleMix_V14, Of course, you can try other ones by yourself, and the results are very good.
Please note that this is a style model, which will affect the style of your drawing. When using the anime-style CheckPoint, it can generate a NiJi style similar to MidJourney, so when using it, I recommend that the strength be 0.4~0.6. This The intensity will not cause too much collapse of your picture.
If there is water at the bottom of the picture when you output the picture, please try to add water to the negative prompt word and increase the strength of the word, such as (water:1.3).
It is not recommended to enable face repair, but you can use ADetailer to redraw the face.
Go and try to generate your own muscular man~
