Cynthia - (Pokemon)

To trigger the model you must use: cynthia (pokemon), blonde hair, hair over one eye, hair ornament

The model is pretty stable, it does SFW best, but it can do NSFW. I found it best to use .7 strength, and at most .9... anything past that is a little iffy. There is some trouble generating her original outfit, so this might be more useful for nsfw creators.

If you want me to work on it a bit more, let me know/post some images!
