Lugia - PONYXL

Ponyxl can't do Lugia at all, so I took it upon myself to make a Lora for the first time to remedy this. I will upload subsequent versions as I figure out better training parameters.Trigger word is "lugia" but might need "white skin" or "two tone skin" as a reinforcement tag since some generations might turn Lugia entirely blue.
