A lora I have been thinking of doing for a while, as the very specific shape of a dome-shaped puffy areola / nipple has always been hard to prompt out using the other puffy nipple loras I've seen for illustrious. If you want a more prominent nipple tip you'll need to use prompts like: thick_nipples, large_nipples, long_nipples.works best around 0.8-1.0. you will get some blurriness if you try to take it higher, and it won't make the areolae or nipples any larger putting it at a higher setting, so you'll need to prompt out those features or use a different Lora to increase size.
