Misty (Pokémon)

A character from Pokémon Red and Green who runs the Cerulean City Gym, named Kasumi in the Japanese dub. She is also known as the Tomboyish Mermaid, with a tomboy personality and an affinity for water (and water-type Pokémons). Misty gives the Cascade Badge to those whose Pokémon can defeat hers.
