Jarry thunder the Action dude, is on a mission to kick butts of all these bad guy doofuses. Super human strength and endurance are what he brings to the table. Common sense and strategy are nowhere to be found. Often he finds himself in the right place and takes down an entire criminal syndicate. Sometimes he’s not in the right place and mistakes Shakespeare in the park as some kind of murder plot to be stopped. Despite his natural predilection to violence he has never actually killed anyone. Most of his victims might wish it though. He never swears. And will beat someone up for having an “potty mouth”. He’s effectively a force of nature as no one can actually stop him. So a mysterious government agency lets him do his own thing trying to coax him in the right direction to cause as much trouble as possible for would be evil doers while maintaining plausible deniability. He’s the 7 year olds idea of what an action hero should be. And he’s probably at that exact mentality as well.
