Tatsuhito Ikoma（生駒達人）

Ikoma is a light-skinned young man of average build. He has broad shoulders, green eyes, an aquiline nose, and a square jaw. He wears his messy, medium-length black hair slicked back.

Ikoma's uniform is comprised of a vermillion, white-zipped jacket. A horizontal white line runs across the chest portion roughly at the height of his armpits, whereas on the back it bends into a flat V-shape pointing downwards, with an ornamental button right above the tip. On the left breast, the white line encircles Border's logo, above which is emblazoned the B-rank emblem. Everything above the white line is black in color, including the high collar, which Ikoma keeps open to reveal a round-collared undershirt; the only exception are the vermillion plain button epaulets. The sleeves are also black until roughly halfway through the humerus, after which they turn vermillion, and disappear into Ikoma's thick gloves about an inch past the elbow. His signature tactic is a long-range slash known as "Ikoma Senku." Kozuki has an optional trigger called "Senku" that extends the blade in inverse proportion to the activation time. While other members typically activate Senku for about one second, achieving a maximum range of 15 meters, Ikoma can shorten the activation time to 0.2 seconds and quickly swing his sword, extending the maximum range to 40 meters, more than double that of a regular member. This long range is not slow at all; in fact, due to the process described above, it is considered faster than a normal Senku. When this happens, even though he's facing a sword, the moment he detects a radar response at a 40m range, he is forced to take evasive action - it's like playing a completely different game.

What's more, Senkuu Kougetsu is powerful enough that it's difficult to defend against with a normal shield trigger, so it's not like he can just ignore it like a bullet. Being able to force this on him unilaterally is Ikoma's greatest strength.

He becomes the biggest threat within range, and knowing that he is a "fearsome" character that cannot be ignored, he has cleverly forced his opponent to respond by simply uttering "Senkuu..." while preparing himself.
