このエフェクトは『ドラゴンボールZ』以降の故・鳥山明画伯の人気シリーズ『ドラゴンボールシリーズ』における主人公・孫悟空(史実の『西遊記』や峰倉かずや画伯作の『最遊記シリーズ』と同名のキャラクターとまるで別人として最初は誕生したキャラクターである)による、闘気を全身から放出させ逆転態勢へ臨む局面にて公開されるエフェクトです。
このエフェクトには私的観察の限り様々なバリエーションがAI経由にて制作可能と推察しており、稲妻を全身から迸るバージョンや炎を爆発させるバージョンなど超能力的にも魔術的にも汎用性が利くと考えております。

This effect is used by Son Goku, the protagonist of the popular Dragon Ball series by the late Akira Toriyama (starting with Dragon Ball Z), when he unleashes his fighting spirit and prepares to turn the tables. (Son Goku was initially created as a completely different character from the character with the same name in the historical Journey to the West and Kazuya Minekura's Saiyuki series.)
Based on my personal observations, I suspect that various variations of this effect can be created via AI, such as versions where lightning erupts from his body or where flames explode, making it versatile both in terms of supernatural and magical abilities.
