A LoRa for generating Gen 3 Legendary Pokemon Rayquaza. I didn't have as much time to test this as I wanted, but the results I am getting seem to be good enough to share it. While you can generate Rayquaza with illustrious alone, it lacks on some details. This LoRa fixes some of the details, especially the head and the area around the arms look closer to the original.
