"((ancient roman black toga pulla:1.5))" and "((ancient roman white toga pura:1.5))" are the historical colours
Use "((ancient roman [insert your color here] toga:1.5))" if you want neither white nor black. Example:
((ancient roman neon navy blue toga:1.5))
