〇 Orobas (Goetia)
A "horse-girl" incarnation of a high-ranking demon—one of the 72 spirits of the Demon World.
Ranked 55th among these spirits, Orobas commands twenty legions.
Depictions—such as those in Collin de Plancy's Dictionnaire Infernal and Kazuma Kaneko's designs for the Shin Megami Tensei game series—show the entity as a horse standing upright with its forelegs raised.
Upon being summoned, Orobas initially appears in this equine form but can shift into a human guise if the summoner desires.
Once a pact is formed, Orobas can grant the summoner status and arrange for cooperation from both allies and enemies.
Additionally, Orobas imparts knowledge regarding the past, present, and future, as well as theological truths and the reality of Creation.
Orobas is incredibly sincere toward the summoner—never lying or deceiving—and acts as a truly reliable guardian, protecting them from other spirits.
I really wish a certain spirit ranked 28th—infamous for constantly spouting tall tales—would take a page out of Orobas's book. 😓
