ver.2では搾り手の性別と一人か複数かを指定してやると安定するかと思います。
好みによりますが、こちらの強い刺激に耐える表情のプロンプトの追加などいかがでしょうか。

I trained this model on illustrations of manual milking (expressing milk by hand) without using a pump.
It includes two versions: one where the subject expresses milk themselves, and another (ver. 2) where someone else does the milking.
You can select the version via the LoRA settings.
For version 2, specifying the gender of the person doing the squeezing—and whether it is one person or multiple people—should help stabilize the results.
Depending on your preference, you might want to add prompts for expressions that convey enduring intense stimulation, such as:
squinting, clench, saliva trail, twitching, wince
