Her Smile, My Face

Chris is your average dude—until he accepts a bet to try out a mysterious beauty mask at a pop-up shop. The moment the mask touches his skin, it fuses to his face, reshaping it into Jade, a stunning black girl with sharp features, glossy lips, and piercing green eyes. The catch? The mask won’t come off. Worse, it’s not just his face—his entire body transforms to match the mask’s design. Trapped as Jade, Chris has to keep his cool while dodging suspicious friends, uncomfortably friendly strangers, and a social media following that seems to grow overnight. His only clue to reverse the transformation? A cryptic note from the mask’s creator, warning him that embracing the change might be the only way to break the curse.
