For all my friends fighting heat in their regions

I know this is a platform that has people from all over the world, and to those of you who are facing heavy heat, you not only have my sympathies...I'm one of you. Today, work had me traveling a lot and...ugh, this heat is awful! 😭🥵 Highest I saw today was ~38.9°C/102°F and my shirt is absolutely soaked through. Looks like I have a date with the shower later tonight. I'm also suffering in solidarity with my European friends, in that my air conditioning at home is not working well and I can't afford to replace it anytime soon. I think the last temperature I saw last night before falling asleep was 83°F/28.3°C 😑If this summer gets hotter, I might have to get creative in fighting this heat. Perhaps I can construct some sort of small-scale ducting and a low-wattage fan to bring up colder air from one of the lower floors? I'm definitely putting a pin in that idea... So, in summation RE this heat: WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRGH!!! ORC RAGE AT THE HEAT! WAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH! *angry orc noises*
