Around 0.8 weight works well. Trigger word is 'celica fe'. 'red eyes' is a must, and for her base outfit add 'cape', 'armor', 'dress', 'bare shoulders', 'thighhighs', 'tiara', 'gloves', and 'pelvic curtain'.
Here's a Celica LoRA! I've noticed red eyes don't get baked in as well as other eye colors, so just make sure to prompt it. Otherwise though, the LoRA works fine, sometimes the tiara is weird but what can you do.
