At a Glance:

Works with LoRAs?: It should (though maybe not perfectly with everything...)

VAE: vae-ft-mse-840000-ema-pruned is baked (but you can override if desired)

Clip skip: 1 or 2 (experiment with both!)

Hires. fix: use non-default upscaler; denoising strength 0.5 - 0.4

Description:

My idea for this checkpoint was to merge together a few models that had really disparate styles and themes to see what would happen.

I expected that it wouldn't really work - either it would look bad, or one model's style would dominate the others and not really provide anything new and different.

However, I was really happy with how it came out! No one model really dominated the others, and instead they worked together to produce something that looks really cool (to me at least, haha). And thus I came up with the name: Unlikely Allies!

Troubleshooting:

Par for the course with SD1.5, you may experience some issues with anatomy - hands, fingers, general jank, etc. If you're running into problems, just try your best with all the usual fixes - different prompting, use a different VAE, try different clip skip values, use adetailer, inpaint, etc.
