While most base models handles clothing cutouts fine, they can also be lost with addition of some style loras. I suggest you to use this with 0.9-1.2 weight but you'll definitely need some kind of face fix.You can also try other checkpoints, hirez fix/img2img denoise methods, inpainting.You can also try to use torn clothes. Of course most of the times it's gonna look like damaged suit and not like "ventilated" original but it's something.Not sure why such simple thing turned out to be such pain in da booty but oh well...
