This is Emi Nyash's twin sister. Since they share a very similar fashion sense, making them twins just felt right. You might wonder why her name is Akame Kasumi instead of Akame Nyash. Well, despite their similar style, she chose a different name to stand out and keep her own identity. 'Kasumi' means mist, which perfectly fits her vibe.
