Use 'anal gape' as the general trigger word.

'Average', 'large' and 'massive' control the size of the gape, 'penis' adds a penis.

'From front' and 'from behind' control the pose.

Creampies come out too intense most of the time and reduce the size of the gape, so I recommend to reduce the strength of that trigger word, like (creampie:0.7) for example.

Recommended LoRA strength ~0.7

To get rid of the hands add 'hands' and 'fingers' etc. to your negative prompt.
